I have downloaded the required software for 3ds Max for Student, and I have achivation recieved the email containing the Serial Number and my Product Key. There is a tick after the Serial Number so I am assuming that is correct however there is a cross after my Product Key. I am typing this in at the installation stage.

I am guessing that I might have not recieved the correct product key or possibly it is outdated or something Hi Elfsmelf and welcome to the Community:.
